What serious injuries have you NOT had?

In response to the earlier thread re. serious injuries. I'm probably jinxing myself here - I've never broken a bone or had stitches. KNOCK ON WOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

1. I've never had my head cut off.

When I was a kid my sister would be the one who would break her arm or her toe. I jinxed myself by stating I'd never broken a bone.

Now?
Neck (16 yrs old)
Pelvis (both)(same accident as neck)
Toes (several, individually at different times)
and right now have a broken shoulder.

Sigh!


I know use duct tape on my mouth when the subject of broken bones comes up. :)

and I have never been impaled by anything.

I've never been blinded or had my limbs ripped off.

imbed a 10 penny nail in my brain.

Never had an arm amputated either.

I'm feeling pretty lucky today. Now where is that nail gun at?

shot, or stabbed or run over by a truck.

I've never fallen off a cliff or a bridge. I've never been hit in the face with any kind of ball. Or hockey puck. Not that either.

I've never asperated on a burger or choked on my own vomit.
