it's late at night, and I am listening to the radio online and then a commercial comes on...when the program comes back on there is MUSIC BLASTING SO LOUD IT WAKES MY HUSBAND UP...

same for commercials on TV..they seem to be 5 times louder than the show you are watching.. Thank goodness for mute..

Radio (especially KGO) has the most obnoxious "bumper music", and my little volume thingie is never on screen when I need it :)

2. I got a new Sony Trinitron large-screen TV that's supposed to

have this "smart TV" feature: if you activate it, it will (somehow) detect when it goes from the show to the commercial, and pitch the volume down accordingly.

Yep, you guessed it: it doesn't work. :mad:

I'm in central Cal and it's (finally) been really nice for the last week. I was going crazy with all the rain. You have my sympathy...
