31. Is it time or money keeping you from coming up?
Just curious, you might be able to get some people to help you out, if it's the $$. The time, unfortunately, is hard to transfer.

35. Oh, gotcha.
You couldn't come up on Friday night and head back down Sunday morning? If you took the train, would you be able to study while you were travelling? Or just too damn much to do? Sorry if I'm buggin' ya, just trying to help you brainstorm a way to be here!

37. Check this out....
If you're decent at sleeping wherever, sleep on the train, don't miss any classes (I know the formatting sucks, sorry) It's a little bit pricey, but probably cheaper and more convenient than flying, and you'd only need a hotel room for one night, or some DUers place to crash.

39. you should!
www.amtrak.com It's pretty user-friendly, and there were MANY other time/price options besides the ones I posted for you. Talk to your parents about it, maybe as an early graduation present, or promise of repayment once you have a job? Heck, if you're adult enough to handle school in DC by yourself, you should be able to do this! :) (but I wouldn't phrase it quite like that, myself ;))

Why not try to organize something for D.C. If you do it during the Summer, I'll def be there. I've actually never been to D.C.

25. I have spent time in Arlington and Falls Church before.
I really enjoyed Charlottesvile and would like to see if it has changed too (been there about 5 times, DC 7 times and the infamous Boston 3 times).

Is anyone gonna go see the "This Old House" crew while they're there? No. They're not. So what's the effin' point, anyway? I'll stay in my nice comfortable don't-hafta-fly-to-it down-South easy chair and watch Norm and Tommy and Rich and Roger - it's all the Boston anyone ever needs.
