A friend gave me one of his CDs with a DVD. I watched the DVD last night and this kid is something else.
He was asked to open for B.B.King at the age of 12. If you like the blues, and haven't heard this cat, buy his records.

2. I heard him open for BB King

A few years ago. He's an amazing guitar player. His album wasn't nearly as good as hearing him in concert though.

but never heard him play.

There was a thread here a year or so ago that had guitar players with the head removed and people were supposed to supply the names. With a bit of help from other DUers, I got all of them except him (since i'd never heard of him)
