A friend of mine forwarded this to me today, and it was so classic I had to share!

This is from a friend of mine in Lubbock.

I had lunch with my good friend Pat today, who told me this
story that I know you'll love. Feel free to share with others.

Pat was in line at Starbucks, behind a huge, expensive, new SUV that
had a "W" decal on the back. The driver got to the window, then
pulled up just enough so she could get out of her vehicle. Then she
walked back to Pat's car, leaned in the window and said, "Oh, I am
SUCH an IDIOT! I don't have ANY money! Can you help me out??!"

Pat's (classic) response - "I can see by your voting preferences that
you are, in fact, an idiot." And then she rolled her window up. The
woman flounced back to her car, got in, and spedaway. The
drive-through guy heard the whole thing, and gave Pat her order at no
charge, and threw in the latte that the I-forgot-my-money woman
had ordered!

around the Metroplex. Mostly wealthy suburbs such as Plano.

13. One of the few things my daughter liked when she moved back to

Texas from Cal. was the drive through Starbucks. It makes it much easier for the mom of two little ones to feed her caffeine habit.
