I just recently tried the Mardi Gras flavor. I also love Banana Split and the Chocolate-Covered Cherry flavor.

The cookies were those Pillsbury ones with bunnies and chicks...I made four freakin dozen...some for the bunny, the rest for us!

Blue Bell Cookies & Cream is one of the best things about Texas.

That and kolaches - from one of the Czech bakeries in West, TX (just north of Waco).
