I'm pretty good, thanks! In a few minutes I must leave for my weekly physical therapy session. I have a really messed up right shoulder which requires strenuous exercise to keep it from messing up even more. Getting old is NOT for sissies!

5. sorry to hear about your shoulder

I have a somewhat messed up back since a kid and used to go to physical therapy. So I feel your pain. My back isn't hurting that much anymore, only if I sit too long in the same position.
