Gotta love beautiful days!

I never really take full advantage of having the mountains only a few miles from me. I've been there several times, but there's just something about going there on a beautiful day and just taking it all in. Which is exactly what I did yesterday. It was at least 70 degrees outside, so after shopping, I just got in my car and drove.

This was taken inside the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. (with my camera phone so sorry if it looks a little weird).

and the Great Smoky Mountains are beautiful. I remember when I was a nanny in Charlotte, NC, one day I went and drove in the Smokies. Took the Blueridge Parkway and shot a lot of pics. Sigh, those were the days .... :)
