3. I pretty much always make the same mistake when it comes to bags

of chocolate-covered raisins. The only way I've found to curb these excesses is to buy smaller bags.

Then there was the day, 21 years ago, when I ate two 250-g bags of prunes in one sitting. This day that will live in infamy, much of which I spent in the proverbial Very Small Room in some discomfort, was also the most recent time that I ate a prune.
