6. I'd share. They are very good!
They're delicious done this way, but without the batter and smoked or barbecued, too.

9. Take care to wash well after handling raw ginger
and only harvest a very little as it is best when it's not out of the ground over a week - you will be using the root.

Wash your hands throughly after handling. *** very important*** keep your fingers away from your eyes or any sensitive spot !!!

12. Mmm, that does sound good!
I'm a tea sort of person. I quit coffee years ago, except for a cup now and then with Kahlua and Irish Bristol Cream. :)

14. My friends add echinacea, goldenseal and cayenne
to the ginger tea mix if we feel a upper respiratory itchy feeling. I've only had one cold in years.

Gave up caffeinated coffee a month ago. But I do love the taste of coffee. In the colder winter months - I've been known to add a wee bit of brandy or Kahlua. Back in my Kingsboro College days, my boyfriend became fond of adding Kahlua, Tia Maria or coffee brandy to his morning coffee:woohoo:
