1. As defined by who?
"MY SON WORKS!?"

I wish my dad was like that.

3. Because "Dumb and Dumber" is?
And there can't be two funniest movies?

Did I win?

What's the prize?

6. Dumb and Dumber was dumb.

It was worse than Napoleon Dynamite...if that's possible.
Not that anything could be worse than Star Wars...Just a side note.

Duckie

7. Does this mean
I should scrub Napolean Dynamite from my Netflix queue? I haven't seen it yet.

4. Because of the Royal Penis joke?

It's otherwise EXTREMELY funny, and witty.

5. Sexual Chocolate!
It's one of them, that's for sure. I showed my mystery white boy that once, and he was amazed he'd not seen it up until then (we were about...21). He owns it now, I think...

Yes, yes, fuck you too!

10. Because the Marx Brothers got to make movies
as did Charlie Chaplin, the Nat. Lampoon gang, Abrahams and Zucker, and countless others.

Had all other movies since Griffith's day been required by law to be dramas, mysteries, thrillers or sci-fi -- no comedies, in any event -- then yes, "Coming to America" would have been the funniest movie of all time.

No, wait, there'd still have been "Plan Nine From Outer Space", whose unintentional (?) camp would still have beaten out "Coming To America"...

11. Because it has a developed plot.
That restrains the comedic license, and wastes precious time.

Go with Caddyshack. No time wasted developing a plot there.

Coming to America was mediocre at best.

15. If someone could get a picture of Randy Watson
from that movie...that would make me very happy....
that is, if anyone even knows who I'm talking about....

"help me welcome him to the stage...Jackson Heights own...Mr. Randy Watson...yeahssss....."
