a huge big bowl full of nachos--those round chips covered with that cheap processed-liquified cheese like at the bowling alley, with extra extra jalepenos.

I can just imagine eating them. But nowhere in my nearby town even serves nachos. Except the bowling alley. And they're closed. :(
