make the phone stop pLease!!

i'm sitting at work, and the phone has been ringing nonstop! and i can't answer the phone - it's coming in on a Line, that i can't answer for some reason; when i hit that Line's button it just makes a Loud diaL tone and hangs up. it's been ringing for about 20 minutes now.

8. When I was at Toys R Us there was a phone

that was a direct line to 911 in case of robbery or something. We all called it the Bat Phone. But anyway... it would ring sometimes and we weren't allowed to answer it. It used to drive me nuts. It's probably in the top five reasons why I quit that job.
