So what's for dinner DU?
Tonight I cooked for the Prophetess (actually, I usually do the cooking anyway) and I wanted to experiment. Here's the menu:

Pan-fried grouper in tarragon-chive butter
Saffron rice with ginger and raisins
Steamed broccoli/carrot/snow peas/vidalia onion medley with cheese sauce

Came out quite well, in fact.

1. Lucky lady!
I wish my husband would cook for me he seemed to forget how to do that shortly after the wedding! Keep up the good work and it sounds delicious!

4. I am lucky! He's a great chef
I don't know how he does it - he just opens the spice cupboard (which is gargantuan and loaded with spices I've never heard of before) and then throws things together. They always come out great and no dish is the same twice. I am a strict follower of recipes and fairly boring. Thank goodness he likes to cook! :9

2. sounds great
Hubby's out of town, so it's a plain old green salad for me. Made the kids corn on the cob, watermelon and red beans and rice. :)
