1. I usually can't make it past the halfway mark of the episode.
Usually Family Guy is so damn funny that American Dad seems like a total buzzkill afterwards. I think I would enjoy it a little more if it was positioned as the lead-in show for Family Guy.

4. Took the words right outta my mouth.
And to think.. I was actually worried about whether or not Family Guy's writers would be able to keep that special spark surrounding the show's humor. Wow.

American Dad.. hmm.. the word "disappointment" comes to mind immediately.

It's okay, and I chuckle a bit, but no where as good as Family Guy.
