Why the hell am I so helpful?
I'm sitting here, restless, after trying to fall asleep for the last couple hours, having to be up at 8am to help my best friend move - 200 miles away. Why did I volunteer my freest day of the week to help someone move? Am I insane? Was I dropped on my head as a child? Is this revenge for me not listening to that Army guy who kept calling my house? I'd be interested in hearing your theories on my insanity. :P

1. My answer is 'all of the above'
It's a cumulative thing.

2. You're too nice for your own good.
A little of that goes a long way, as you'll know by the end of the day. ;) But hey, friends like you are great to have; I'm that kind of friend, too.

4. It's not like I wouldn't help my best friend.
But 200 miles away? On a Friday? Well, I guess it's OK to get away from home for a little while, even if it is to work. :D

5. Would you rather . . .
fly 5,000 miles and mow my mother-in-law's grass on at the crack of dawn on Saturday? That's my Saturday morning scenario. Sounds like you're about 4,800 miles smarter than me!
