The crash scene is something else.

1. That would not be cool.
I imagine they avoid playing movies like that on flights.

3. It wouldn't bother me but
I've sat beside some white-knuckled fliers in my time who would need a diaper if they saw this movie in-flight.

No, I only freak out if there's turbulence
I'm not scared before getting on the plane, just during the flight if it gets bumpy. I need to hold someone's hand when that happens.

5. They probably won't ever show episodes of "Lost" either
That crash scene terrifying as well.

6. Good idea
I'll bring the dvd on my next flight. I wonder how freaked out my neighbors will get? The person next to me was massively uncomfortable with the brief full frontal male nudity in Sideways on my last flight, and it occurred to me that with the increasing frequency of personal dvd players (aka laptops) in flight a whole new realm of social confrontation has begun: "your movie freaks me out".

8. You won't be too pleased if they spend the rest of the flight
with their nails digging into your arm.

10. In situations like that I'd purposely watch the ost brutal movies possible
Irreversible or something. See how the neighbor reacts to a guy getting his head beaten in with a fire extinguisher.

11. The crash scene in Alive is much more harrowing
I was just stunned the first time I saw that. An amazing bit of film.
