here at work, my desk is by the front door, and next to the door is a narrow, door Length window - from outside, you can see right into my cubby.
i swear, every singLe person who waLks by, stops and stares in here for a moment or two.... and since i'm the onLy thing you can see from the outside (weLL, there's another guy you can bareLy gLimpse at the right angLe) i have strangers come up and stare at me throughout the day. i pretend not to notice, even though i'm aLmost facing the window.

shouLd i start staring back when they do that? shouLd i throw something at the window?

at Least be inconspicuous about your nosiness. it's not a one way window.

2. go buy some mirrored self adhesive film

you might be able to find it at Home Depot (or similar) or a car detail shop.

Come in early one day and unroll it on your side of the glass and voila, one way glass.

7. Just stare

My stallion man had the same issue in a different situation, it's an amazing lesson when you discover how effective staring back can be. Don't let others get away with thinking their intimidating, do what they least expect and they will do one of two things (both in your favor)
a. respect you
b. be afraid and walk away.

Oh, and don't glare, you should lower your eyebrows a tad, just a pinch really, and that will get the job done.

On a side note, a slingshot will do wonders.
