1. ONE tamale?
Give me six, a pack of saltines, a margarita, and I'm in heaven. :D

8. A friend of ours watched a thing on PBS one time
"The meaning of Food" and one of the features was a family making tamales for a special celebration so she decided to host her own tamalada (hope I spelled that right). It was fun and the tamales were awesome but WHEW are they a lot of work. Anyway I have a TON of them in my freezer, plus a bunch in my refrigerator. MMMMMMMMMM.
