Poll question: Which U.S. Senator tops your shit list?
Feel free to add names under "other"

The list is in alphabetical order.

By "shit list" I mean whatever you want it to mean, or, in the alternative, who you'd love most to see booted out of office.

1. It's a two-way tie between Satan, I mean Frist, and Norm Coleman.

7. I wanna second whatt Left is Write said.
I voted Frist--cause he is the devil and all that--but wow do I hate Norm Coleman.

On the plus side in a couple of years I'll get to personally run Mr tooth-cap Coleman out of office!

2. Anyone who voted for Lieberman in this poll is anti-choice.
Edited on Sat May-28-05 12:11 PM by LoZoccolo
Just thought people should know that before they choose to forsake an issue in an effort to show off how "progressive" they are.

5. I voted for Lieberman, not because I'm anti-choice, but because I thought
he deserved at least one vote, as I assumed others would pounce on Frist, Santorum, and others.

22. They are republicans. They are not pretending to be democrats.
And although I am "pro-choice", it is indeed very low on my priority list when voting because I see it for what it is, a trick, a wedge, and a con used by the GOP to get rubes to vote for them. Most of them have no interest in actually overturning Roe V. Wade, as evidenced by their utter lack of effort at doing so even with large majorities in all branches of gov't.

There are many issues that are far more important to me than this one though, yes.

58. I'm very pro-choice.
I'm just extremely displeased the this Democrat is supposed to represent me as a CT Democrat. Domestically, he's ok, but as far as foreign policy, this guy is so out of the realm of most Democrats, it's rather disheartening. If a have a Democrat as my Senator, I want a Democrat, not a semi-Republican. :grr:

Bingo.
You can't expect a pig to act any differently than an average pig would. But when the pig pretends to be a nicer animal, but still acts (and votes) like a pig, there's treachery afoot.

Lieberman is at the head of my shit list.

47. What I thought
I was in DC the other day and saw what he had to say about the nuclear opition, and the people bush had picked for judges and hes been the lead man against Bolton, I am not what you'd call a biden fan, hes a little too hawksih for me, but hes one of ours, and if you saw what he had to say in his floor speech I saw, I think we would realize that, hes not the most liberal out there and hes not great but hes not a DINO.

14. I loathe Coleman, but, McCain's act is most dangerous to our democracy.
He is a FAKE who gets away with too much of his crap.

Does anyone in the media point out that McCain puts up FRONT about supporting Bush when he really hates his guts and they all know it? No. The press just lets him lie to the American people.

Noone calls him a hypocrite or opportunist in the media. After trashing his longtime FRIEND, John Kerry, to help BushInc, NOW he carefully, nauseatingly says Kerry is his friend..... because McCain wants to appear bi-partisan.

Poor Kerry actually believed McCain was a dear friend for about 14 years and defended McCain mightily when BushInc attacked him in 2000. I hope Kerry socks him in the nose.
