If so, get yourself to an acupuncturist as soon as possible. I'm telling you, it brought me much sweet pain relief.

3. I'm not ure - actually the places where the tendons are connected

to the bones are inflamed. I'll see my doctor later in the day, and, yes, acupuncture I certainly believe in. But I have the horses to feed and clean and after that I think I only will want to slink back home... Walking with crutches now. Can't stand anymore!

2. Got NSAIDS?

Ibuprofen, Alleve, Advil, Ketoprofen, and the like.

They work pretty well against inflammation pain and are all over-the-counter. If you try them, take with a little food.

8. Cold or cool compresses also work for most people

If they are the tendons in a foot or hand (or even arm or leg), they should be easy to "ice up". If ice is too intense, cold compresses usually work, too.

It's around 05:30 in Germany, right? You mean nobody opens up shop until 08:30?

11. No, we don't have that. One apothecary per city must be open

24 hours; you never know which one, though, and it's probably three hours away... anyway I'm not going to go traipsing around town. Afraid I'll have an acident because I can't concentrate for pain.
