1. Acupuncture is pretty good for pain in general,
so I think it would probably help. I had a repetitive stress injury that it really helped with. Plus, ya know, if you try it and it doesn't work, you haven't hurt anything. :shrug:
can help to elimate restrictions in both the circulatory and nervous systems (as well as many others) which would in turn expedite the healing of torn cartilidge. Try it for sure.
