Kindly give it a look, and even if you bail after a paragraph or two, give me a comment either here or there. Even "jeez, that stinks" is better than nothing at all, though of course the former wouldn't be the ideal reply. But I am not the best at giving a good critical response. I liked your references to our cultural anomalies through your characters. I would like to see a more developed plot, but I know you said it is a draft, so I'm sure you were already thinking that. In other words, this is a good start, I would be interested to see more.

9. Thanks. It was supposed to be a picaresque, along the lines of

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas without the drugs, so plot would be kind of minimal. They would be trying to track down all the people who rule the world. At some point I was going to take them to Vast Right Wing Conspiracy world headquarters. All this stuff is a lot harder to come up with (or to be funny about) than making fun of Houston, consumerism, TV and chain restaurants. But I'm still thinking about it.
