We're converting our system to web-based. We'll be running parallel systems for a while. I was in training for that about 3 weeks ago.

Our current system is over 20 years old. The new one is all shiny and pretty, but I'm not sure it's more effcient. You can read all about it here: http://www.dhs.state.tx.us/programs/TIERS/index.html But, only if you are really bored.
