Any tricks or advice to kep me awake? :donut:

I need to stop playing gigs on week nights, I just need more sleep than I used to.

3. Well everybody needs more than 3 hours a night.
I am 27 and I require at least 8 hours a night to function. Little sleep catches up with you.

4. I'm still pretty good though
I'm 26 (27 in less than three months) and I can usually get by with 6 hours.

When I was in my early 20's I could play gigs until 3 a.m. and still be relatively fresh for class at 8h30.

5. I know what you mean.
I think from 18-22 I didn't sleep ever. I'd go to bed at 3:30 or 4:00 and be at work at 7:30 at a daycare in the nursery with screaming infants and toddlers. How did I do it? I haven't a clue. :shrug: Then I'd go to school. Come home and start partying all over.

7. Keep moving doing physical activities.
Work outdoors if you can. Talk a long walk. Just keep active. When you sit you're going to zone out after awhile. Caffeine works for awhile but that won't last forever and there's the inevitable crash with drinking a lot of it as it becomes no longer effective.
