listen, it is just one game. And, the whole team had a bad game. They got shut down by someone they "owned." Not trying to be rude or make you angry, but you should have seen my emotion last year as my beloved Cards went up and down against the Astros and then got swept by the Sox. Sometimes things just happen in sports and having been a baseball player, I feel that people are entitled to a bad game in October. That's why they play'em.

Clement is a pitcher who relies off guile, which means he has to have people swinging away at his pitches that sneak outside of the zone. The White Sox do not do that. This is not a good series for the Red Sox. The matchup is too even and in fact, I believe it favors the White Sox. (since I get to watch them all the time, because of WGN) They are a patient team, they pop the ball around the yard and then steal on you. Now, Clement ought to get in trouble if it was him to blame for the steals, otherwise, it's Varitek.

In the end, it is one game and one pitcher. If the Red Sox are as good a team we've been led to believe, they'll put this behind them and go out and win. If not, then. . .
