Did something happen to Firefox? It left my computer and I tried

to download it again and they want me to pay for it now. Is this the tactic they are using? I don't even have a "Back" button on the top of my computer now!

I'm wondering if I should just go back and restore to a previous day and see if Firefox comes back.

If ANYONE has firefox and it is still working for them please let me know. It may be a problem in my computer.

3. Should I run my spyware program first? I am so annoyed. Also

months ago I lost the "fan" at Comcast which I pay for. I've been on the phone with them too many times trying to fix it.

6. Ok. Where's the fire?? Don't do a System Restore yet.

First, update your Anti-Spyware/Adware software. Second, boot into Safe Mode; do not boot into regular Windows! Run the AV, if possible, from there and run the Anti-Spyware software from there. See what happens.
