Charley got out for 36 hours and came back this morning.

She's semi-feral but she wanted back in the house. I am so glad! And she was glad to be back inside, too. She wandered around, mewling and purruping, for a long time, looking for things that smell familiar (we just took out the carpet and put in wood floors). But she let me pet her a lot - a surprise! And a bigger surprise, she let me pick her up, and hold her, without fighting me! I love this kittle.
