4. My favorite:
Thrice the brinded cat hath mew'd.
Thrice and once, the hedge-pig whin'd.
Harpier cries:—'tis time! 'tis time!
Round about the caldron go;
In the poison'd entrails throw.—
Toad, that under cold stone,
Days and nights has thirty-one;
Swelter'd venom sleeping got,
Boil thou first i' the charmed pot!
Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn, and caldron bubble.
Fillet of a fenny snake,
In the caldron boil and bake;
Eye of newt, and toe of frog,
Wool of bat, and tongue of dog,
Adder's fork, and blind-worm's sting,
Lizard's leg, and owlet's wing,—
For a charm of powerful trouble,
Like a hell-broth boil and bubble.
Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn, and caldron bubble.
Scale of dragon; tooth of wolf;
Witches' mummy; maw and gulf
Of the ravin'd salt-sea shark;
Root of hemlock digg'd i the dark;
Liver of blaspheming Jew;
Gall of goat, and slips of yew
Sliver'd in the moon's eclipse;
Nose of Turk, and Tartar's lips;
Finger of birth-strangled babe
Ditch-deliver'd by a drab,—
Make the gruel thick and slab:
Add thereto a tiger's chaudron,
For the ingrediants of our caldron.
Double, double toil and trouble;
Fire burn, and caldron bubble.
Cool it with a baboon's blood,
Then the charm is firm and good.

9. I was always fond of fireball myself
nice, clean, simple.

On a more bizarre note, somewhere I have the CAtholic ritual for excommunication. Not necessarily a spell, but something interesting to look at.

10. You never know when that stuff will be useful. Especially fireball.
The excommunication: Not so much.

11. Eh. Never know. I may get elected Pope one day.
Grease was also fun to, depending on the creativity of the caster.

12. Heroes of Might and Magic III's...
Armageddon. Cast that with a sufficiently powerful hero, and the only things standing afterwards are Black and Gold Dragons.

14. If I ever find a love spell that'll work, that'll be my favorite one.
I'm a hopeless case when it comes to finding the right people. I need a real good love spell. That reminds me. Where is that Hamburger Helper thread. I wanted to add that it really serves three and my aunt and I always have to have a small helping the second time around. It's never as good the second time around. See, yet another reason I need a girlfriend. She could eat that third helping.

18. I put it on the outside over the doors and I wrapped long tassles of
it which I was lucky to find with wire and hung it up. I don't think your babies could get it this way and it looks nice. I feel good just looking at it.

And the drawing for Passwall was somehow really cool in the original AD&D book.
