Can you remind me what kind of camera you got (the newest one)? CMW and I are looking for a new digital camera, and I'm very keen on buying a digital camera that has the form and heft of an SLR. :thumbsup:

17. I'd be thrilled to tell you what sort of camera I have.....

It is a Nikon D50....a slightly less complex version of their commercial D70....

And it is a SLR....I'm using my old lens from my Nikon film camera. That ability to exchange lenses was a BIG part of my wanting it.....

It behaves exactly like a film camera with the big exception of not needing film EVER!

Because I thought the mods and admins would not appreciate us discussing JJ openly. So instead I was telling everyone who wanted to know by PM. This probably pissed some people off who thought that it was some club to which they were not invited, even though I was PM-ing (almost) anybody who asked.

Thinking about it now, I think it's ok to mention her openly, because she left voluntarily and wasn't banned.

Cliques have been a much-debated topic in the Lounge for a long time, and Skinner has even addressed the issue. I loathe the little jabs that go on at the expense of other members, but I guess some people need to do that for their own ego gratification. I personally want no part of that sort of mean-spiritedness.

had a link up to his daughter: The Princess Eon, up for a bit but he is very protective of his girls & when i seen the look on his face i took it down. she does graphic arts & admin for a structural engineering firm here in town, very talented, and she launched little mercantile concern similar to that. some of the dresses are cool in there :thumbsup:
