1. Um you do know that is not Di, right?
although I agree, Di is probably looking something like that right about now!

Poor Camilla is not the lovliest rose on the bush, is she? But then she gets to live in a castle and stuff.

4. But he loves her to death......ooops probably shouldn't put
death and Camilla in the same sentence.

13. Speaking of death...
...when is Chuck ever going to be allowed to become the nation's meaningless figurehead?

3. Now. Now. Camilla is a handsome woman.
She's not Paris Hilton, but should she even try to be?

Not a huge fan of Camilla, but I admire her natural look. She seems comfortable with herself. I think her fashion sense is pretty dignified as well. No Laura Bush is she. :)

6. I'm inclined to agree with you
she looks kind of like a horse, but it hasn't seemed to lessen her enjoyment of life very much.

The older I get, the less important looks are to me. For obvious reasons. In fact, it is rather liberating.

7. I think it's great that Prince Charles finally married the woman
who apparently is the love of his life.

I also think it's great that a man his age didn't marry some model or movie star young enough to be his daughter.

14. Too bad he didn't marry her earlier.
He was ordered to wait for a blushing virgin & followed those orders.

Unfortunately, Di was not cynical enough to settle for popping out a couple of heirs, carrying on discreetly & appearing the smiling wife in public. While Chuck carried on with the "love of his life."

8. She IS 58 years old.
I like Camilla a lot more than that valley girl Charles was first married to. Camilla seems like an intelligent woman.

Plus, Charles finally found love. Good for him.

16. I disagree
Lady Di had a good heart and was far too naive for her own good.

19. Princess Di did so much good though!
She battled many demons in her life, but she was a humanitarian. And I really admire that.

24. I still can't tell how much of that was her....
Or the royal PR department setting her off to do her job...

granted, she called attention to problems....

But people like Audrey Hepburn, Danny Kaye and Angelina Joline are far more involved with what they do than she ever seemed to be....

She reminded me of the rich blue hairs here in town who would descend on some charity for a while, write a few checks, shed some well meaning tears and then head off while the real people did all the work...

But who knows? She had some personal demons and I felt sorry for her.

On edit, I can't stand Angelina Jolie and she is also a humanitarian. So I guess I can't say much!! :P

21. One thing's for damn sure -- she looks better than Pickles
Camilla may be a lot of things, but she looks nice when she goes out in public. Her clothes are appropriate, beautiful, fit well and flatter her. "Our" First Lady, on the other hand, will not take advice, or her mother in law forces her to use a designer that hates her.

I am still irritated about what happened to Princess Diana, but I wish these two happiness.

Julie
