Stress eating?
My son is having oral surgery at the hospital under general anesthesia tomorrow. He's only three years old.

Yesterday and today, I've been extraordinarily hungry. I cannot seem to satisfy my appetite no matter what I eat. I've also been a bundle of restless energy, which means I've gotten a lot done and I've found myself compelled to exercise more than normal.

I feel like I'm starving right now, and I just ate a bowl of cereal and some cubes of Swiss cheese! For lunch I had a big salad and a serving of shepherd's pie, and I had more fruit and cheese for a snack.

Consciously, I don't feel like I'm overly stressed about my son's surgery, but I admit being worried about it. Could my seemingly bottomless appetite actually be a function of stress? I ask because usually if I stress eat, I eat even when I'm not hungry. This time, I just seem to be hungry constantly.
