Right now it would have to be "Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree" or that godawful Beach Boys Christmas song.

1. Anything by those "chipmunks"
To (grossly) paraphrase Hunter Thompson: If the Nazi's had won the war, they'd be piping it through our malls.

Oh, except for "Fairytale of New York" by the Pogues and "Father Christmas" by the Kinks. Those are acceptable. All others must die.

7. Definitely "Santa Baby"
That's the only one I can think of at the moment. I actually like most Xmas songs, though by the last couple weeks before Xmas I'm usually lunging for the radio dial to change the station if I hear one beginning. They start playing them too early and too frequently these days.

22. Any played by weirdly animated products or holiday lights.
The same people who would have a repetitively programmed, motion detector Santa greet you at the door will probably slam the door in your face if you get past it. The whole thing is creepy.

For those of you who want to beat someone with a shovel for christmas music...listen to the Trans-Siberian Orchestra albumns! They are amazing! If you have Rhapsody (and you should), they are available, and you can listen to them anytime!

They are not aging well. Too repetitious. I don't mind carols, except for Do You Hear What I Hear! :puke: and Little Drummer Boy.... though I make an exception for David Bowie.

23. Pretty much all of them.
Why can't anyone write any new ones? And, by the way, I'm astonished that the fundies haven't tried to ban "The Little Drummer Boy." All those lyrics about rump-pumping... Redstone
