First year I've seen it. Bought one, put it in a basket in the livingroom, and it has made the whole room smells like fresh citrus for three days. It is just great!

Next Halloween I'm going to try to carve a few of them and hang them over the regular pumpkins as if they were the pumpkin's ghosts. I think that would look awsome!

If you want to find them this is the right time of year. Look in the Asian markets.
