Every try solving a Su Duko with a ballpoint pen?

1. You can buy erasable ballpoints...I used to use them on crossword puzzles.

What's the secret to Suduko? It's just hit or miss isn't it, rather than mathematical? I'm baffled...

I have tried to work them, but I prefer crossword puzzles. Greekspeak does them online all the time.

11. Crossword or Sudoku, I never use pencil.

Sudoku is a little harder to do this with. I try not to "paint myself into a corner" (i.e. exhaust every possibility and be left with guesswork), but it happens. Then you just have to rely on memory when you do the either/or thing with the guesswork that's left.
