Have any thoughts on this?
Here goes:
Couple of days ago the clerk in "charge" of us went on a hissy fit. (she's becoming more and more unstable by the day) ANYWAYS, nothing is too small for her to nitpick about. :nuke:
She flys off the handle because she found some pens in our storage cabinet. They aren't even ours we say in our defence, we found them in the old desk that a former employee vacated. (bear with me, this is important) :eyes:
So she goes to another section where the big storage cabinet is to put them back. :eyes: My supervisor is there and my "old" senior clerk is there as well (she sits there) A pal at work was there as well. Anyways, hissy fit woman was in quite a snit, and "old" senior clerk just happened to mention that there is a person in our section (Me, she named me) who has a "history of hoarding things" :eyes: right in front of my supervisor. My pal rolls his eyes at my supervisor, and my supervisor apparently didn't give this much mind, to this credit. BUT, this "old" clerk and I have a long history. When I worked in her section, she targeted me and would have no problems making up stories like I "hid" work in my desk. :eyes: Everybody "knows" what she is like but upper management has never done much about her. She made my life hell when I was there, one of many people she didn't like.
ANYWAYS....... is something like that considered harassment? Can anything be done? I have my own thoughts on things, but I just wanted some feedback. (she really did a big number on me a few years back, and then there was a very stupid weak manager who never stood up to her. I went to the union, but like did they really listen to me? Nah.) It's like when you keep spreading rumour or whatever about a person for YEARS, can it be stopped. I'm just so tired of it all. Just leave me be!
