I'm just a little overloaded so I played Bad Weather. What a great song! Now I've got cued up Sagebrush Serenade, Crazy Eyes, Rocky Mountain Breakdown and a few others. They always bring me peace and make me smile.

Any other Poco Fans out there?

1. Yes- especially the live album- what is it called?
There is also a bootleg from that era with the same set list that rips.

"Good Feeling to Know" was expected to be a huge FM rock hit- and it should have been.

I also love Buff. Springfield- I'm seeking out a good copy of a Mono "Again"- mine is worn out...

2. Was that "Deliverin"?
I've heard it but don't have it. I googled it and that's what I came up with. I'll have to keep an eye out for it if that's the case.

5. Oh yeah
I love the Furay years, but my favorite record by them is "The Blue And The Gray"; Paul Cotton really hit his stride there..

7. Paul Cotten forever nailed it with Bad Weather
That's what got him on the tour. What an incredible song. What kinda burns me is that Richie Furay went Christian on us. Hella musician.

This is the most recent CD, an acoustic set recorded in Montana, April 2005. These days Poco consists of Paul Cotton & Rusty Young with Jack Sundrud (bass) and George Lawrence (percussion). Original drummer George Grantham suffered a stroke a while back...haven't heard any recent updates on his progress.

Between the original vinyl albums and CDs, I've got everything the band's recorded. Never saw them live...the closest I got was the Souther-Hillman-Furay band, which was proof positive that the sum isn't necessarily greater than its parts.

Favorite album is probably "A Good Feelin' To Know."
