Post your TMI in this thread.
I find that an after-shower application of talcum to certain areas of my person can go a long way in preventing unpleasant chafing in the warmer, summer months.

Women who've spent the night with me have told me that I have apnea.

I have a very good reason to be opposed to circumcision.

Your turn. Do please try to avoid lockbait.

I ate jalapenos raw, for fun. I can't do that since I had my gall bladder removed-they give me severe diarrhea.

Additionally, I used to keep pictures from a gallstone removal surgery on my desk in a frame, since I didn't have family pictures. No one I worked with got the joke.

51. I've had a great deal of relief lately
I think the drug combo I'm taking is doing a good job - I'm 10 times better than I was one week ago. Never pain free, but it's definitely bearable (and I'm fairly functional). I just can't sleep for any one long stretch - the laying down must cause too much pressure. So, other than feeling some bearable pain and always feeling tired, I'm actually ok. I teach my classes, hold office hours, then come home and sleep for awhile and get prepared for the next day. EP does all of the heavy labor around the house - he's such a saint!

The neurosurgeon did not call to schedule my appointment today - they might have been closed for the holiday (I tried calling 3 times and got a busy signal). They're getting a call first thing tomorrow morning, though. I'm very anxious to get his opinion on the surgery (and ready for it). That's probably TMI, but you asked for it. :hi:

64. I had the beginnings of trench foot after serving in Iraq
Edited on Mon Feb-20-06 10:55 PM by nytemare

:puke:

That isn't my foot, just sort of what it looked like. The doctor in the Army hospital in Turkey looked at them bewildered for about two minutes, pulled the toes apart, then exclaimed, "I've never seen anything like it in my life. I think you have the beginnings of trench foot".

This was unusual, because it only rained maybe twice the whole time I was in Iraq, and they call it trench foot because it was prevalent during WW1 when the troops were running through muddy trenches. I must have just had some sweaty footses.

Needless to say, they blamed me for it. It was 115 degrees in the day, we were wearing black boots, and wool socks, which made me itch like the dickens anyway. It was a pretty painful experience, but it wasn't as bad as my friend, who was told a camel spider bit her. She had a hole in her foot about an inch deep.

77. I have been
the other woman 3 times. Only once did I know it. Well, In that instance I wasn't really the other woman, the guy had just broken up with his gf, but the ex gf was my roommate. She was one of my bridesmaid, and still doesn't know.

86. This will come as a genuine shock to most who know me.

1. My toenails currently are unpolished. (Crimson red is my summer color. Unpolished is the logical winter choice.)
2. I do not wear my toe ring until barefootin' season.
3. My "dark side" is beige.
4. I, too, am uncircumcised, for a very good reason.

:wow:
