2. I have two answers
Realistically: I give the St. Louis Cardinals the best shot since they have the best player in baseball and are well balanced.
Idealistically: The Orioles just because.

Of all time? Its gotta be Ripken even though I was a first baseman/outfielder/pitcher and a lefty, right now it's I guess Melvin Mora, he's a really classy guy.

22. When I was 12
It was when Pokemon became the big thing to the kids, it was so stupid and shit. I remember my bus stop and there was one girl who intially called it stupid then got in to it. My brother and I were hte only ones who didnt give a shit about it. Though my brother being the little capitalist that he is went in to make a profit then he lost his cards and found them only recently. The South Park episode making fun of Pokemon is a classic, I responded to it the way Wilson did to a Birth of a Nation, that it was all so true.

23. It depends
If Bush campaigns for Allen and Webb can use this against him like Kaine did against Kilgore lats fall then we may have a new senator. I think if the campaign can make out Allen to be a rubber stamp for Bush then theres a shot.

90. I can relate
I'm an only child. Four years after me, my dad and mom split.

My mom has one sister, who had two kids. Both are also younger than me. I had NOBODY to buy me booze when I was underage. So instead I started smoking pot instead.

118. I got the pot out of my system by high school
I started getting high when I was ten, and was smoking every day by 12. By 14, I was done with it. One of my best friends' older brother was a dealer so he would steal from his bro's supply.

My friend was an amazing ice hockey player, and played varsity when he was in 9th grade. He probably could have gotten a free ride to any Division I school, but he literally smoked himself away. By his senior year, he was high most of the time, and didn't make the team.

Last I heard he was in and out of rehab a couple of times, living in his mom's basement, and trying to get his act together. This was ten years ago, when we were both 26.

Not to sound like some prude, but I've seen too many people fuck up their lives by abusing drugs. Not that I'm some great example, because I've screwed up plenty. But you gotta be careful, especially these days, when they're lacing weed with some bizarre shit.

Family history and all that stuff especially when it comes to heroin. I have sort of a moderate so to speak position on drugs and drug legalization. Perhaps decriminalize pot but I don't see anything wrong with some of this being illega.

same thing with the family history-- I gotta watch the alcohol use for the same reason. I can see decrim for weed, but the other stuff is dangerous. Decriminalize, spend more on treatment and education, and your "drug problem" goes away.

barring that because people couldn't see how much more presidential Kerry was than Bush.

I still don't know how anyone could have voted Bush over Kerry in any good conscious and I try to see things from all sides.

181. I don't know, I've never been to his house
It's dishonest bullcrap honestly that he promotes. If the Greens were ever to get to elected offices in Congress and governorships, they would have the same corrupt qualities that republicans and democrats alike will have and the integrity that some have. As I see it the old saying is true power does corrupt however it also can be used for good. I think the Greens are so self righteous for actually believing that they would be perfect if they ever got the presidency is bs at its finest.

184. He did a lot of good things I realize but he fucked up
Anyone liberal, conservative, democrat, republican can be ruined by power. There's a saying that I like by Harry Truman, three things can ruin a man, power, money, and women, I never wanted power, I didn't have much money, and the only woman in my life is in the house now.

Edited on Sun Apr-09-06 12:26 AM by NNadir
resin balls, and the pressure drop across a packed column having a length L with said void fraction. Ergun derived an equation in 1952 and reported it in Chem. Eng. Prog. 48 89-94 (1952). The viscosity of seawater is an included parameter for my purposes.

Can you explain the equation therein described to me?
