1. What time should I be there?
I'll bring the burgers and potato salad.

It's 64 here, but rain clouds are threatening.

2. Any time is fine
I'm home sick today, unfortunately, but it looks beautiful out there. Sunny, a slight breeze, but nice.

:hi:

4. Oh, no! Is it a bellyache??
Are the guys at least helping out around the house? Pulling their weight a little?

  I'm sorry you feel bad. I wish I could be there.

5. Bellyache and insomnia
new neighbors moved in upstairs last night, and I couldn't fall asleep until midnight. Then I woke up at 3:00 AM with bad stomach cramps. I suppose it doesn't help that I'm also trying to kick Ambien too. :(

The boys are happy I'm home, but they're being naughty. I think I'll head outside for a walk, though. It's too nice to be cooped up in a cramped apartment on a day like this! :)

15. I drink a lot of coffee as well as the pop
Double espresso in the morning, and a couple more 12-ouncers before lunch. Then it's on to the 20-ounce Diet Dr. Peppers. I can never get enough caffeine, it seems. :D

11. Mary's gone, but the statue lives on
Still standing on the corner of 7th St and Nicollet Ave in front of the old Dayton's store-- the exact place she chucked her hat in the air so many years ago.

I just got back from a walk to the food co-op. It must be higher than 70 out there. It is absolutely freaking beautiful. Days like today make the winters all worthwhile. :D

22. Not yet. We could still get a blizzard
I remember we got one in late April once in 1983 or 1984. It was bright, sunny and 50° in the morning, but 3:00 PM it was whiteout conditions.

I'll put them away in June probably. Or maybe July, just to be safe.
