I wish I had an old-school Sony Walkman...
I'd use it with my crappy white iPod headphones and freak people out.

Yeah, I'm bored, what are you going to do about it?

1. Can I have the old-school headphones...
so I can use them with my shiny white iPod and not get mugged walking down the street? :P

2. Haha, I bought new headphones befre I even bought the iPod...
Fucking HATE those white headphones. Except in my brilliantly ironic Walkman context.

3. I don't even have an iPod, actually.
Too poor. x(

It would help though; I could freeup a good 4 GB (at least) on my hard drive if I did have one)

6. Haha, yeah, I bought mine with mostly birthday money.
Plus I got it at my school's computer store, which meant it was cheap(er).

I have a 200gb hard drive in my computer specifically for music and movies though, so I don't have to worry about freeing up space.

10. I never use headphones with my iPod...
...I have tinnitus from years past with headphones turned up too loud and time spent in rock bands. Headphones make my eardrums buzz now. I just prefer to use the iPod with speakers, either the externals on my Mac, on a home stereo or over the car stereo. My headphones just stay wrapped up on the desk.

11. I reconfigured my old Sony Walkman
to play any files I want, even Video. It looks a bit strange, though, but it has a 60 Terabyte tape in it. ;)

just the tape weighs some 4 tons alone ... :(

19. Yeah, but what has he done for us lately?
And, for that matter, what's with all the Gen references lately? Is he sleeping on your couch, or something?

20. That's funny, I can only find one recent Gen reference from me here.
Anyway, I'll try to work in some more Jaz references for you. If I can scare him out from under my porch.

I think those white Ipod wires look very geeky, Primate, although that might be the point.

why don't people attach that stuff to their glasses, etc, like the Yale media labs guys do?
