I got my Citibank class action settlement refund!
It was .09 cents. Yippee! So how much did it cost to have the check cut and mailed to me? While it may not fund my Christmas shopping some lawyer is having a very Merry Christmas.

1. That's what it's all about: keeping the lawyers rolling in dough.
Hey, don't spend it all in one place, okay?

8. A couple years ago when Jr took office
I went to the bank for my Dad and he banked at Citibank in Chicago and the cash stations were down all over the city and it pissed me off so damn bad because I weighed 290 at the time and that meant that I had to get out of the car and go into the bank instead of driving through.
There was something in the news about some type of system change.

If someone can go back to the beginning days at DU I had a bunch of info on it and something went down at the time.

5. I'm gonna go out on the town
With my 41 cent check I got today.

What was this lawsuit about anyway? I haven't had that card in three years, so it was kinda surprising to get the check today.

To Mr. Arthur Blaggett...One dollar and NINE CENTS!..."

Ah, I'm picturing Steve Martin writing your $0.09 cheque out to you, with has pants around his ankles...

11. Hey, don't forget
to declare that windfall on your income tax. Otherwise, they'll confiscate everything you own.
