What's the deal with that guy in the Outback Steakhouse commercials?

I don't know there names but they had an HBO special a year or so ago. Very funny. Acoustic guitars and funny songs.

I personally miss Tristian Roger's voice overs. I guess now he is back on General Hospital full time, he must not have time to do them.
