1. A bicycling video game?

Well, I guess they could base it on the various car racing engines.


Or they could make it where he rides his bike, then gets off and completes various missions around the cities. And he could pick up hookers to regain health, and then beat them up to get his money back!

2. There is already one

The 2002 Edition was mediocre and by Konami. I don't know if i ever reached the American market.

3. Make one, but have it include

A variable resistance pedal interface where you, as the game player, would have to pedal Lance through France.

Would help many of the overweight kids who spend too much time in front of the console burn some of the excess calories.
