4. I found myself wondering, "who the hell got picked ahead of this guy?" in

the NBA draft, LOL.

As much as I really wanted the Mavs to win, I give Miami credit, they basically played better after those first two games. I'd say the Mavs got jobbed out of game 5, and had some bad calls last night, but they had plenty of opportunity to win this series and they should have hit some shots and never been in a position to get jobbed by the ridiculous blocking call on Dirk at the end yesterday.

Wade's game has an aesthetic beauty, aside from how well it WORKS, that I really admire. He's my new favorite player. I've only really had one other favorite player, Magic Johnson.

Wanted the Mavs to win, don't like the East Coast Lakers, never been a Shaq fan, don't like the way the league and the networks name every other guard who drives the lane fairly well the "Next Jordan" 800 times a game, but, I love---without shame---the Antoine Walker shimmy, and encourage any opportunity to show it.
