16. Burgund(y)
Used to import it when I was living in Frankfurt - about five hours to get there and the vintager co-operative in Beaune is superior in price and quality to any retail-store in Germany.

I live close to the Schliemann and am quite familiar with "Göttlich Staropramen" - nothing to sneer at.

I'm enjoying my time in Berlin - I'll probably have to leave to find a decent job :-( .

Vielen Dank und beste Wünsche - meine bevorzugten Bars sind allerdings das Aufsturz, der Goldene Hirsch und das EntwederOder.

13. Mojito!
One of my friends makes a variation of a mojito-a mojirito. Use margarita mix instead of lime juice. She always uses fresh spearmint grown in her garden!

Anyway my choices:

Favorite wine: anything very dry. not picky

Favorite good beer: Bass

Favorite cheap beer: Miller High Life (I get laughed at for that one)

Favorite mixed drink: If it's mixed, unsweetened iced tea, cranberry juice and vodka. I don't know what it's called. I don't know if it's original, I just made it up one day.
Other than that, I love scotch on the rocks, blended or single malt.

11. Despite my extensive history
I have to say I don't really care for alcoholic drinks. If I had to pick, I guess I'd say Long Island iced teas. Back in my drunken-slut days, they were served in 32-ounce glasses. I always spilled the fourth one.

12. Favourite mixed drink
My favourite Mixed drink has to be a White Russian.

My favourite beers are Sam Addams or Killians (I hardly drink mixed or beer. The same tweleve pack that I bought about 2 months ago still has about 5 beers remaining. )

14. Wine: Erath Pinot Noir
Boubon: Makers Mark, rocks

Scotch: Dalwhinnie 15 yr old, Single Malt, neat

Port: ’92 Fonseca

Mixed Drinks: Top Shelf Margarita, up, with salt. I prefer Grand Marnier to Cointreau. No sour. Fresh lime.

Also, Bombay Sapphire Martini, very cold, very dry, a little dirty

Also, Bloody Mary light on Tabasco, heavy on horseradish

17. like my margarita's that way, too
but Cointreau's ok by me. . .

Like Manhattan's every once in a while ffor a change, i.e., usually only eating out at nice places, never made one at home...

Like Merlots when it come's to wine

Like a good Bloddy Mary from time to time. Hate the watery ones. Like 'em thick and medium hot w/ celery seed seasoning and a bit of lime.

And while I hate to sound so "last year's trend" I'm coming around to dry vodka Martini's, medium dirty. Thing I like about 'em is I can't tell the cheap stuff from that in the ornate bottles. Unless I have too much. I *can* tell the next day. . .

20. Miller Lite
We like Coors lite but the company is very far to the right so we don't like to give them our money.

Wine: Pinot Grigio

Mixed drinks: Tanquray martini, straight up, with olives, Bloody Mary, spicy with horseradish, or Marguerita, on the rocks with salt.

23. scotch and water on the rocks
I have no idea why, but wine gives me a headache and beer is too easy to drink like soda.
