I ran the treadmill for an hour, then went for a 3 hour hike on
a 2400 foot mountain today. I have officially been obsessive/compulsive for the past 2 weeks.

4. Are you trying to get a year's worth of exercise in one day?
I'm sure you'll sleep very well tonight--you've earned a good night's sleep!

5. No, I've been into this for about a month.
The more I run, the more energy I have to run some more.

I did 20k on the road bike yesterday and another 20 today. Only took an hour each time. Came home, took my bp and it was 117/82 after resting for 15 minutes. I'm biking to work tomorrow - only 3k each way and the Pilates class tomorrow night (I'm the only guy in the class - and the oldest person there - I swear I'm not a creepy old guy).

I'm trying to drop 10 before my birthday in November. Doubt I'll lose that much, but I may buff up a little.

for a week, then again on Christmas Day for two weeks. Then we go back at Easter for our anniversary. We win the lottery, we buy a flat in Paris. Hell, even if we don't we buy a flat in Paris.
