I eat the thing I like the least on my plate first.
I figure - get it out of the way, (peas, lima beans, I'm talking to you...) so I can enjoy the rest of my meal.


Along the same lines, I eat the crust off my sandwich before I eat the sandwich proper.

1. I do the same thing.

I also tend to eat the item(s) with the least caloric value first, so I fill up on lighter options, and if I can't finish my food, it's the more fattening stuff that gets left.

Here's one for you.

I don't put ketchup on my fries...I ask for a side dish, then squirt the ketchup on there and put salt and pepper on top.
Then, I dunk the fries in there.

I was once antagonized at a sleepover, because I ate the creme filling out of most of the cookies in a pack of Oreos, and then put the cookies back together and returned them to the package. I have no use for the cookie part; it is irrelevant.
