What the hell did you do to that pumpkin? No, it looks fun!!! Can you pick asian pears there too? There's this place in Mass. where you can pick apples, grapes, all sorts of berries and asian pears. They're the best!

I don't know what happened to that pumpkin. I think a bear happened to it, since it was obviously consumed by something and not rotting.

This farm has pumpkin, apple and raspberry picking. One day I want to go to the local vineyard. You can stomp on grapes there!

I know they have a couple wineries up here but have never paid any attention to whether or not they grow their own grapes. Probably. Maybe not.

Raspberries are good too, though it isn't the season. Is it?

Looks like you had a blast...so, haruka3_2000, what exactly did you do to that pumpkin? (just kidding, of course...it looks like "pumpkin rot" to me).

Did you have apple cider? I'm only asking because the orchards that used to be in the foothills of Northern California had the best apple cider at picking time (but that was many years ago).

It wasn't rotting; it looked more like something had been eating it. We didn't have apple cider. I was actually pretty disappointed, because they didn't have apple cider there. I thought that was pretty weird.

There's a farmstand close by though with fresh cider, so I'll have to stop there for my cider fix. It's not pick your own though, so we didn't go there.
