What are the politics of Adult Swim?
Edited on Thu Dec-25-03 06:00 PM by CocaCola58204
Since the politics of South Park{/i] remain conteintious discussion
remain a constant point of contention, I believe it's time to change the channel to Cartoon Network and it's venerable late-night programming, {i]Adult Swim{/i].

Futurama, Family Guy{/i]-- unquestionably liberal shows createdby liberal people, but owned by a big-c Conservative person. We can safely dismess them.

ATHF, SGC2C, et al. THe heart of the discussion.
Genreally, they seem to leave politics behind, though they are smart.

THe anime programs van only be judged indivdually (i.e. Big O's Roger Smith never keeps a gun and avoids fighting women, Trigun is anti-Death Penalty-- "No human has the right to take the life of another." bud is against Gun Control.) Japanese politics should also be considered.
